Graduate Work:

Human-Computer Interface: 1996

Developed a forms-based interface to access an Atomistic Simulation that uses the embeded potential model to represent fracture growth in metals.

Undergraduate Projects:

Robotics/Computer Vision 1995

Studied the possibility of using Fourier Transforms to represent obstacles in a room.


Controls 1995

.Designed and implemented an addition to the motor control system of the Virginia Tech NEON Hybrid Electric Car '95.

.Designed a compensator to track a white line painted over a dark background. Note: The model we produced can follow the line with the sensors mounted behind the wheels!

.Used a digital controler to levitate a steal ball using an electro-magnet. The visuals of this file were damaged during the translation to HTML, I will try to fix them soon. Sorry.
