PREOP 3.2.1: Complimentary preoperative prep. Demonstrate exercise and flexibility regiments to prepare patients for surgery and rehabilitation.

GOODHEALTH 30: Complimentary patient aftercare. After discharge, an additional 30-day exercise program offered to the patient to maintain the level of conditioning achieved to date. In the promotion of independence, the patient is supervised minimally and encouraged to practice exercise and training principles learned during the treatment.

COMMITMENT TO RECOVERY: Complimentary post-discharge. Therapist offers a free consultation any time after discharge to discuss recovery with patient.

BETTERKIDS: Pediatric rehab program. Exercise for the children and education for the family is the primary focus. A family conference will assist parents and child in understanding the pediatric diagnosis and how to treat and manage the condition. The goal is to promote optimal functioning and prevent further injury.

EXTREMITIES: Upper extremity rehab program. Prevention and treatment of upper extremity ailments or injuries such as tennis elbow, rotator cuff, brachial plexus, thoracic outlet and more are the goal. Effective treatment may include the use of orthotics, braces or fabrication of customized splints. A wide variety of modalities and procedures may be used to decrease pain, edema, compensatory movement patterning, contractures and other disabling side effects. Local injections may be done by a physician prior to or in conjunction with therapy; thus, an interdisciplinary team approach is often necessary. Pain reduction along with exercise is the primary focus in the promotion of optimal movement and functional ability.

HEADABOVE: Neuro rehab program. This involves treatment of central nervous system disorders including cerebral vascular accidents (CVA), head injuries, multiple sclerosis, cerebellar degeneration as well as testibular and musculoskeletal disorders. Restraining activities are necessary in the areas of strength and endurance, ambulation, visual vestibular and sensory motor integrator, balance strategies and vestibular coordination.

WORKSITE PARTNERS: Industrial rehab program. Industrial rehabilitation solutions are offered including on-site job analysis, job descriptions, pre-placement screenings, ADA Consultation, return to work programs, injury prevention, on-site education, training ad work risk analysis. The goal is to promote wellness on the job as well as rapid and successful return to work following an on the job injury.

FACE-TO-FACE: A TMJ therapy program that includes myofascial and manual treatment approaches. Utilization of heat/cold/electrical modalities are also used to reduce pain as well as splinting fabrication and specific exercises for the jaw and cervical musculature.

STRAIGHTUP: Spinal rehab program. This program addresses the needs of patients with low back pain and related musculoskeletal dysfunction. Treatment may consist of strengthening, educational protocols and McKenzie techniques to promote maximum physical capacity while minimizing symptoms. An interdisciplinary approach is taken which includes OT. PT exercise physiology, and pain management specialists. Computerized and standardized testing techniques are often utilized to clearly establish baseline status and progress. Use of proper body mechanics in daily activities are emphasized to prevent further exacerbation of the low back condition.

HEADCLEAR: Chronic headache care. Treatment is implemented by therapist highly trained in specialized myofascial and biofeedback techniques. Aerobic exercise may also be incorporated into the individualized treatment programs to increase circulation and promote normal body movement patterning. Cold and electrical modalities may also be used in conjunction with therapy procedures.

TENDERPOINTS: Myofascial & chronic pain syndrome care. Pain reduction in the treatment of myofascial syndrome. Includes comprehensive evaluation addressing range of motion, strength, soft tissue mobility, postural alignment, mobility, gait analysis and flexibility. The goal of treatment is to reduce pain and increase function in daily living activities in order to return to a productive lifestyle.

HANDINHAND: Hand rehab program. Joint protection and energy conservation techniques are an integral part of treatment of hand conditions to promote functional use of the hand. Other treatment protocols may include hot paraffin and contrast baths, fluidotherapy, retrograde and deep tissue massage, isokinetic and isotonic exercise as well as instruction in activities in daily living. The treatment team may consist of physical, occupational and certified hand specialist. Custom splints are fabricated and worn by patients to protect joint structure, ensure proper healing, and to prevent seriously disabling joint contractures.

SPORTINGLIFE: Sports rehab programs. Comprehensive functional evaluation, isokinetic strength testing, coaches' clinics, injury clinics, orthotic evaluation/fabrication and more.

REACH: Hand rehab program. Comprehensive hand and upper extremity treatment. Splint fabrication to prevent or correct deformity and improve range of motion. Education in joint protection and energy conservation. Edema control and pain management techniques are incorporated into the program.

ORTHOSTAR: Orthopedic sports medicine program. A program specifically designed to increase the level of physical conditioning in order to return to a particular sport. Evaluation and treatment may consist of biomechanical of a patient's participation in various of their sport such as golf swing, pitch, stroke, stride, strengthening are emphasized as well as education and retraining in proper sporting techniques and biomechanically sound movement as patterns. Treatment team typically consists of Fi's and certified athletic trainers.

THERAMOM: Natal exercise program. Treatment and rehabilitation of the pre- or post-natal mother. The program is designed specially to increase cardiovascular conditioning as well as musculoskeletal conditioning in the promotion of a safe and healthy pregnancy, or posinatally to decrease pain and increase strength. The treatment team typically consists of an OT/PT and exercise physiologist.

DIFFERENT STROKES: Aquatic therapy program. Aquatic therapy provides a means of early movement following an injury which has been proven to promote quicker resolution. Early movement under program stimulates the rapid formation of stronger, more functional scar tissue, providing greater stability to the joint. Water is a natural weight-training machine that is instantly adjustable: the harder the push, pull, or kick in the water the greater the resistance.
