THE MICROBES

ENVIRONMENTAL MICROBIOLOGY

BIOL/CEE/CSES/ENSC 4164

In 1998 each student in Soil microbiology was asked to do a webpage on a soil microorganism as their individual assignment. The genus Pseudomonas was done for them as an example to follow.

The students appeared to be genuinely interested in this assignment and they did an outstanding job on their microbe webpages. Each student certainly learned much about the microbe that they selected for their project. The images on their webpages were from many sources that included materials that the students prepared in lab (and subsequently photographed), images from other internet sites, and images that were scanned from books or journals (with permission from the publishers).
