The family gathered at The Nana's house in Charlotte for a crab cracking feast! And David and I drove to NYC to see the Yankees play, spent some time In FAO Schwartz, and at Rockerfeller Center.

Ring Dance
After two years on the committee, it was finally time for my class's ring dance. Mom and Dad came, and the four of us enjoyed a VIP experience in one of Virginia Tech's oldest tradtions. All of us committee ladies in our white dresses and our suave men in their tuxedos had a great two nights. David and our friend Bryan accomplished the hard task of capturing the piglet.

Summer Lovin in Charlotte
I spent the summer in Charlotte, interning at a public relations firm and ttaking a math class at UNCC. These are some pictures from the summer, including a trip home for the Virginia Derby where we met Miss Virginia and Mom's visit to Charlotte with some fun on the Lake and a good old Muckers tournament, including narrowly missing getting caught in a storm.

The Yankees Come to Virginia Tech
In April, the Yankees came to play a game versus TEch's (really awful) baseball team. i was lucky enough to be given a ticket 2 hours before the game and my friend Jena nd i camped out on the sidelines and got a billion pictures. i got 5 autographs on my pink hats and Jason Giambi and i are friends now.
