1972 Chevrolet 1/2 ton Pickup
This truck was bought new in 1972 by my grandfather
for use as a farm/grocery store truck. It has been driven almost daily since it was bought.
To make a long story short, I got the truck from my grandparents around 1993 or so. The truck
is my only vehicle, so you can imagine how difficult it was to restore the truck while I was
driving it. It's taken us nearly 5 years to get the truck from being the so call "big blue rust
rocket" to what it is now. I've been showing the truck in local shows for the last three years,
and out of the 5 shows it's entered, it's finished 2nd or better in 4 of them.
