Welcome to my electronic portfolio!
About Me:
I am currently a Masters student, working toward my degree in Secondary Science Education. With this electronic portfolio, I hope to provide some insight into my teaching and learning philosophies, as well as demonstrate my commitment to teaching biology. Among these pages you will find highlights of my career as a graduate student at Virginia Tech, most of which center around my student-teaching experience. Over the course of my graduate career, I feel that I have truly grown as an educator and I hope that my dedication to my students is apparent. I have also reflected extensively on my experiences, which has helped me develop and learn from my mistakes, as well as cultivate my knowledge of the subject matter which I teach.
