  • At the completion of my student teaching, I had all students fill out a survey (see Survey).
  • During my student teaching, I wrote formal reflections at the end of each lesson in my unit plan (see Unit Plan Assessment and Reflections).
  • During my field internship, I kept a daily log of my day, detailing what went well as well as what needed improvement.
  • Also during my field internship, I wrote four reflections: (1) School Community Context, (2) School Learning Environment, (3) Adolescent Learners and Diversity, and (4) Teaching in the Real World.
  • Throughout my Master's program, I worked closely with my cooperating teachers and supervisors and received constant constructive feedback (see Evaluations). I then implemented suggested improvements into the classroom.
  • I analyzed student assessment results through Blackboard and by using MS Excel (see Assessment Analysis). I then reflected upon needed changes (dropping certain questions, reviewing with students common mistakes they made, providing for remediation and study sessions, etc).
