| A daily routine is necessary for an organized classroom, but repetitive instructional methods are not and can become detrimental to student learning. Doing the same tasks can cause some students to lose interest in the curriculum while others may try to beat the system knowing how they will be taught and assessed. The diversity of learners is also a call for variation in teaching strategies. Not all students learn the same way and it is important for teachers to present material to reach all of their students. |
