The Midwinters Dance is an annual tradition that started during the early years of Virginia Tech. Last year, over 1,000 students attended the Midwinters Dance. The dance is a great way for students to have a change from their typical weekend and enjoy a live band, friends, dancing, and a great atmosphere.

All students of Virginia Tech are invited to attend Midwinters Dance 2009, "A Night at the Carnival" This carnival themed event will take place Saturday, February 7th, 2009 in the Squires Commonwealth Ballroom. The event will run from 8:00 PM until 12:00 AM. Tickets are available online and in person; please see the Tickets page for more information.
