Well, we recently got a really nice fan made picture of a scene from the Covenant series, so I decided to make a new section for it. If you have any unique Covenant artwork of your own and you'd like to have it put up, please send it in. Click any of the pictures to see a larger version.

By Midguard. "Revelstone": No particular room, just a room that might be somewhere in Revelstone with Graveling pots for light and warmth. This may be an image from "The Power That Preserves" because of the snow covered mountains outside. This was done with Bryce 5.5 and Photoshop 7.

By Midguard. "Jheherrin Doorway (the soft ones)": Not a place most people might remember. For some reason it captured my attention. I felt alot of anxiety for Thomas and Foamfollower in this part. Impossible odds overcome!.....again. This was done with Bryce 5.5 and Photoshop.

By Mystikan. "Landsdrop and Mount Thunder": A scene from "Lord Foul's Bane". The landscape was modelled in World Machine from a greyscale altitude map created in Photoshop. This landscape was imported into Terragen for rendering. Then the two figures (Covenant and Lord Mhoram), and the rock they are standing on were modelled in Cinema4D. These were rendered in Cinema4D with the landscape as a backdrop, then the final image was put through Photoshop for touch up and labelling. Total design and production time was 4.5 hours.

By Mystikan. "Lena": Another scene from "Lord Foul's Bane". Lena herself was drawn by hand in Photoshop, with the face, hair, and jacket done separately and composited afterwards. Anisotropic diffusion, Liquefy, Xenofex HSB noise and Fur filters were applied to make her look more real. The background landscape was modelled with World Machine, rendered in Terragen, then the trees were modelled in Cinema4D and rendered over the landscape backdrop. Finally, the background was pulled into Photoshop and Gaussian Blur applied to create depth-of-field, and the Lena image was composited over the top. Total design and production time was 7 hours.
