I am an assistant professor in the Center for Public Administration and Policy in the School of Public and International Affairs at Virginia Tech. I arrived in Blacksburg by way of Cambridge, Massachusetts; Alexandria, Virginia; Palo Alto, California; Washington DC; Charlottesville, Virginia; and the states of New York, Arizona, and Texas. Perhaps you and I have crossed paths before.
