| This course was devised to develop an understanding of technology and how to teach it. It included introductory experiences in three general technical areas (production, communication, and transportation) and the technological design and problem solving process. There are various assignments ranging from problem solving, manufacturing, airplane transportation, researching manufacturing processes, and a final automata device project. Orientation to professional education, licensure, and issues related to technology education were also covered. The class was based upon past, present, and future technologies in the form of history and current events that dealt with technologies that are around today and in the future. |
