This course
was a general introduction to design and drafting that used mechanical
and computer techniques. The design of a product from idea to final
working drawings serves as the focus of this class. The goal of this
course is to develop foundational understanding and skills in mechanical
drafting. Students experiences include both manual- board and T-square-
and computer aided drafting (ProDESKTOP). Basic drafting, including
orthographic views, dimensioning, sections, auxiliary views and intersections
and development drawings were some of the major topics covered. |
