To Earth from Venus: To Earth from Venus is a women’s magazine that serves the Virginia Tech campus and the surrounding community. The magazine educates women about pertinent issues affecting them, empowers women to become informed and involved members of their communities, and creates a safe space to display creative work. Topics covered in To Earth from Venus include reproductive rights, body image and violence against women. All forms of expression are welcome, and women and men on campus and in the community are encouraged to submit any pieces about, by or inspired by women. Submissions may include news articles, opinion pieces, poetry, prose, lyrics, drawings, paintings, photography and all other forms of expression. Home Womanspace is a non-profit, student-run organization that meets weekly, Wednesdays at 7:00-9:00PM in the Women's Center Conference Room
